クライアント社内でIT化による業務の効率化を行なってきたものの、競合他社と比較して情報（データ）の活用ができておらず、情報利活用の施策が急務な状態でした。 そこで、下記3点を中心にMetamorphoseがご提案し支援を行いました。 経営者視点でのDX戦略策定及び実行支援を行なった事例をご紹介します。 既存の中期経営計画をはじめ、現状の取り組みを経営者視点で踏まえ、様々な経営アジェンダを設定し新たなDX推進による新規事業、ビジネス革新の実現に向けた戦略策定支援を実施しました。また、個別のアジェンダの推進においては、日本の事例にとどまらずグローバルベースで情報を収集し、戦略策定の参考としてプロジェクトを推進しました。 Metamorphoseの支援体制と役割 プロジェクトマネージャーが中心となり、デザイナーやリサーチャーと協力し、プロジェクト支援チームを構成しました。 クライアントに提供したMetamorphoseならではの価値 クライアントに以下の3点を提供できたことでプロジェクトを成功に導きました。
