We provide a framework to “embed” business transformation.
We supported a DX project leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Based on the ADKAR model, we facilitated behavioral change among employees and organization-wide transformation to ensure new business processes and tools were firmly embedded in daily operations.
ð¡ Why This Service Was Created

In recent years, many companies have been promoting business improvement and DX initiatives.
However, even with external tool implementation, issues such as “lack of adoption” or “tools not being used” remain.
At Metamorphose, to solve this problem fundamentally,
we built a system that enables companies to develop and operate their own applications instead of purchasing ready-made ones.
However, to promote in-house (low-code) development that enables flexible responses,
the “embedding” of development tools themselves became a major challenge.
Therefore, we systematized this very concept of “embedding” and provided ADKAR-based support as a service, realizing in-house (citizen) development by our clients.
⚙️ Our Approach: Choosing In-House Development
Existing tools had constraints such as not fitting on-site realities and lack of flexibility for modifications.
Through in-house development, customization tailored to field needs became possible,
realizing a business foundation that “continues to be used” on site.

Four Strengths of In-House Development:
Perfect Fit for On-Site Workflows
Optimized Implementation Cost and Improved Speed
Centralized Governance and Security Management
Agile Improvement Process Reflecting User Feedback
As a result, we realized a business foundation that employees truly “want to use.”
Where to start today: Metamon
We no longer offer the framework described above as a service. What we offer now is Metamon: a six-week, fixed-scope diagnostic that measures generative AI usage and correction rates, and separates the step where adoption stalled from the next one line to keep. Which ADKAR stage you are stuck at is read from that measurement.
ð Turning Implementation into “Embedding” with the ADKAR Model
The goal is not merely to implement tools, but to build a “system that keeps being used.”
The concept behind this is the ADKAR Model.
At Metamorphose, we support behavioral change for each employee
based on the international standard model for organizational change,
ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
Awareness: Understand the need for change
Desire: Foster motivation for individual action
Knowledge: Acquire correct understanding and skills
Ability: Enable practical application in daily work
Reinforcement: Share success experiences and embed them into the culture
ð Results & Case Studies
Case 1: Automation of Employment Certificate Issuance
By integrating Copilot Studio × Power Automate,
we automated the entire process from application to approval, issuance, and notification of employment certificates.
Completion of approval process within Teams
Significant reduction in administrative workload
Automation of records and notifications ensures traceability
Case 2: Streamlining Expense Reimbursement Workflow
Using Forms × Power Automate,
we automated the process from application to approval and record-keeping for travel and commuting expenses.
Reduction of manual reporting
Reduced risk of data tampering
Improved transparency through centralized data management
These outcomes have been templated,
and can be flexibly customized and reproduced for other companies’ operations.

Separate the stalled adoption step from the next one line
This page is a record of an adoption stall. We do not handle HR change programs. Metamon starts from one line. It does not replace ADKAR. One line on the form (team name is enough if you are unsure). No plan document needed.
