Where the plan stalled —
what we cut
Case studies from PMO, DX, and AI adoption work. We show the decision that unblocked the plan — not the client name.

ERP cutover, test phase. Work packages that could not state approver and user were sent back before we added PMO seats. Summary only — full write-up not published in English.
AI in review work: we cut “everyone uses it” as success
A PoC that cannot name who, for which task, how often, is not ready to renew. We measured a narrower unit first.
DX strategy: we cut a new stack before using what was already paid for
The first cut was another platform. We mapped existing assets, then named the one initiative that could move.
