PMO × AI ADOPTION

The AI is in.
The impact
still isn’t a number.

Usage and quality you still can’t report to leadership — we measure that and close it. Stalled projects get the same PMO method.

SCOPE

3 Conditions

Fit criteria we verify before engagement (knowledge holders, approver, purpose)

CALIBRATION

6 Axes

Axes for calibrating a plan to its readers (CPP)

APPROVAL

Zero Questions

Our bar: the client approves with no follow-up questions

Selected Clients

Major SIer Major Financial Institution Major Pharmaceutical Company Other Large Enterprises

Projects are moved by people.

The plan is right.
So why isn’t it moving?

Nothing in the plan is wrong. Yet it doesn’t get approved, and the people assigned can’t act. The cause isn’t the content—it’s the fit with the reader. We formalized this as Calibrated Project Planning (CPP): calibrating the plan to the people who read it.

Every plan you submit gets sent back, and revisions never converge

You hand over the WBS, and team members come back with questions before starting

Line items mean different things to different people, so discussions never align

Milestones don’t line up with the client’s decision-making cadence

Lessons from the last project’s failures never made it into this plan

Inside a large program, your team’s plan is disconnected from the whole

SERVICE 01

PMO Execution Support

“No one to drive it.” “No PMO expertise in-house.” We take over as your external PMO and run the entire function—planning, progress control, vendor coordination, and meeting facilitation.

  • ― WBS development; visibility into progress, risks, and issues
  • ― Consensus-building and control across multiple vendors
  • ― Stakeholder alignment between executives and IT
  • ― PMO support for cybersecurity exercises

Track Record

Developed cybersecurity response rules and ran the exercises.

SERVICE 02

PMO Talent Development & In-Housing

Keep us on as your external PMO, or build the capability in-house over time—we support both. Working alongside your team on live projects, we develop internal talent and put the execution structure in place.

  • ― Developing in-house PMO staff (on-the-job, on live projects)
  • ― Establishing execution structures and standard processes
  • ― Standardizing WBS, progress, and risk management
  • ― Documenting know-how and transferring knowledge

How We Work

We calibrate real project plans together with your team, transferring the CPP criteria (6 axes) along with them.

SERVICE 03 — PMO × AI ADOPTION

MetamonTurning generative AI into something people actually use — with PMO discipline

The same discipline that gets projects moving works for AI adoption. If the generative AI you rolled out isn’t being used, Metamon measures usage, answer quality and correction rates, implements one fix, and re-measures two weeks later. Same plan → drive → embed sequence as SERVICE 01 and 02 — applied to what happens after rollout.

  • ― 3-layer usage × 3 quality metrics on one scorecard
  • ― Root causes of non-use classified into 4 types; top 3 fixes ranked by impact
  • ― 4–6 weeks, fixed fee, product-neutral

WHY METAMORPHOSE

Why Metamorphose

01

A plan is a product for its readers,
not a task list

We calibrate each plan to two kinds of readers: the members who execute it and the client who approves it. Across six axes—granularity, sequence, narrative, ownership, client dialogue, and vocabulary—we produce plans that get approved with no follow-up questions.

02

Prevent failure by structure,
not by “being careful”

We start from what went wrong last time and remove it structurally—through role assignment, sequencing, and front-loading. Tasks are assigned by the information a person holds, not by skill level, so the reasons a plan stalls are eliminated up front.

03

We state the scope
up front

CPP works where three conditions hold: we can reach the people who hold past knowledge, there is a single approver, and the purpose of the deliverable is agreed. For large programs we carve out units that meet these conditions—and tell you up front where it won’t work.

Tell us the one thing
that’s stuck.

AI that isn’t used, or a plan that keeps coming back. Either is enough to start.
