not a task list

We calibrate each plan to two kinds of readers: the members who execute it and the client who approves it. Across six axes—granularity, sequence, narrative, ownership, client dialogue, and vocabulary—we produce plans that get approved with no follow-up questions.

Prevent failure by structure,
not by “being careful”

We start from what went wrong last time and remove it structurally—through role assignment, sequencing, and front-loading. Tasks are assigned by the information a person holds, not by skill level, so the reasons a plan stalls are eliminated up front.

CPP works where three conditions hold: we can reach the people who hold past knowledge, there is a single approver, and the purpose of the deliverable is agreed. For large programs we carve out units that meet these conditions—and tell you up front where it won’t work.
